Jason has served as my IT specialist for 15 years. As such, he has performed extremely well. He has been with me for purchases of laptops and desktops, his advice was taken and each computer has lasted more than seven years. Because he chose the most advanced unit they were upgraded as needed. When there has been a trouble, Jason would respond immediately and get me back up and running. Many times he would come on site and others he would remotely access my system. Either way, they were fixed.
